Recently the Human Resources Management has globally changed its paradigm. A lifetime employment for one company model,
which mostly happened in 2000 will totally be changed to a contract system and eventually will be replaced by an outsourcing
model or a contract with the third party.
Some employment problems have triggered the development of this model and the change on this paradigm.
